An attorney for Ryan Kijurna, 32, told the Times he received a letter from the prosecutor’s office Jan. 17 that said they would not be filing charges against Kijurna.
“He is somewhat distrustful of the government in general, but he did not know if the 2020 election was ‘stolen’ or not,” his attorney said.
“The tide has turned and the people have voted to enforce our immigration laws. Trump won his reelection based on the economy and immigration,” said Greg Serbon.
