Local Homecare Company Off Their Meds?

Sandra Lees In-Home Care…

A non medical caregiver company with some slight ethical and professional confusion!
According to a client of the company one of their unskilled uncertified caregivers was in the home in Hammond, IN. She was caring for the clients husband (who is jot a client). While moving him from the bed to a chair she refused him use of his walker and he fell hitting his head. He was not taken to the hospital or checked out by a medical professional. The situation was brushed under the rug and the caregiver is still employeed and still in that home according to the client.
It would seem due to client sources that several caregivers employed by the company have stolen or tried to steal from clients and then get removed from that home and placed at another. Then the company blames the clients and claims their employees do jot steal. Furthermore several. Caregivers have been known to solicit and even sell drugs to clients according to several clients formally with the company.
Since Medicaid and Medicare do jot pay overtime they work their employees in overtime and do not pay any overtime to them. That is according to paystubs obtained and given by current and former employees of the company.
Take from it what you will. Everything presented above is backed up by signed and notorized affidavits provided by the individuals giving the information. It took awhile to make this information available due to needing to conduct our own due diligence in researching and securing proper legal protections before providing this information to the public.

Also as confirmed by recorded conversations owners of the company will discuss and gossip employees and other clients to other clients.
