VALPARAISO — A 37-year-old man pleaded guilty Friday morning to allegations of sexually touching a 15-year-old co-worker last year at the Portage restaurant where they both were employed.
“It’s dead,” Gary Redevelopment Commission President George Rogge said. “The Fulcrum project is dead.”
