South Bend Continues To Harass Homeless Dispite The Supreme Court’s Approval To Sleep In Public Areas, 3 Arrested
The following is footage of South Bend Police coming in with no authority to remove homeless populations at a tent encampment within the city. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on a case approving that citizens have the right to sleep in public areas. The U.S. Supreme Court denied to take the case showing approval for the decision. Yet the administration in South Bend, Indiana continues to arrest and harass citizens over this issue.
